Jim has always provided me outstanding customer service and I have recommended Jim to all my friends."

"I would not recommend this agency or company to anyone. Between high rates and lack of communication, I would never give state farm my business. I called on April 15th to cancel my auto policy, check a week later and notice it's still on my account. I call and am told it was never cancelled. I then receive the cancellation notice in the mail and notice the effective date states April 16th, when my new insurance went into effect on the 15th! Due to this error, I'll now have overlapped coverage for that day and not get the full refund that I am owed. So frustrated and if I could give 0 stars, I would. There's no reason I as the customer should have to be the one contacting the agency to remind them to take care of things. EDIT: Just received a call from Jim personally to address the issue and I have to say I'm even more unimpressed. Apparently the blame is on me for stating I wanted my coverage cancelled the 15th of April because to them that meant it ended at midnight the 15th and actually cancelled the 16th. So according to Jim i should have stated i wanted it cancelled the 14th even after i told their company i wanted no coverage the 15th as that was the effective date of my new policy. And the majority of the time this guy tries to talk to me like an idiot saying his customer service reps did their job and it was my fault for not being clear enough. What a joke!"
